Cartvale is a beautifully renovated cottage, perfect for a 'couples' getaway' in Arrowtown, or luxury family holiday. Centrally located alongside Arrowtown's historic zone, guests can enjoy proximity to the Arrow River's walking / cycling trails, and a 5 minute stroll to boutique shopping, cafes & restaurants. Enjoy Arrowtown's spectacular alpine colours from Cartvale's large deck, or relax indoors with the cosy wood-burner fireplace. This stylish cottage offers comfort & a central village location!
Designed with guest comfort in mind, the open-plan lounge (with woodburner), dining and kitchen provide plenty of space. Three bedrooms (two bedrooms have queen beds, and the third bedroom has a single bed) lead from the lounge area, as does the laundry / bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to self-cater, or alternatively guests can stroll into Arrowtown town centre to visit one of the local cafes or restaurants. A beautiful large outdoor deck area with BBQ, provides a great space for outdoor dining and relaxing, and a fenced grass area is perfect for kids to spend time outdoors.
