Wonderful location and views.

The original building is stunning and a walk into the past. It is filled with antiques and other beautiful ornamentation. However, The new wing of the hotel where most guests stay , is now 25 years old. It is in need of refurbishment. Still, the rooms are large, clean, with lovely traditional furnishings. Staff generally are gracious and willing to accommodate, however it took one hour to check in and deliver our luggage to the room. There was only one other guest checking in at the same time. The grounds and pool are spectacular. I would return just for the pool. The food in the Asian restaurant aside the pool is delicious albeit service was very slow. All I. All I would happily return to this wonderful and comfortable hotel in Lisbon.

Hôtel est bien situé et facile d'accès. La distance de marche entre l'hôtel et la plage principale est assez longue mais elle se marche bien. Je ne conseille pas de prendre l'auto compte tenu de la grande affluence dans les abords de la plage. La chambre était très propre et avait une agréable vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le personnel très affable serviable.

Great location. Nicely done room. Helpful staff. Nice kitchen with coffee machine but had to ask and wait for milk. Hotel is a bit hard to walk about due to cobble stones and stairs around. But that’s the area around there. On the flip side the food is amazing around.
