Very spacious and bright. Newly renovated! Amazing Loft, apartment with open distribution and independent bathroom. This house has high quality finishes and is located in the most central area of Arrecife. The house has a living room with two balconies, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower. If you are looking for an apartment with an ideal location, this is it. It is a short walk from the old town, the Charco de San Ginés, the great maritime avenue and the main shopping streets. There are many restaurants, cafes, shops and services in the area. Arrecife has become the favorite destination of those travelers who wish to discover the island away from the crowded tourist locations. Enjoy authentic local culture and residents' customs. The whole house is bathed by natural light that enters through the two balconies. The fantastic climate of Lanzarote with a constant temperature throughout the year will allow you to have the balcony doors open all day. The back street is very quiet because it has almost no traffic. The apartment was renovated at the end of 2018 to specifically adapt it to offer a unique and unforgettable experience to our guests. We encourage you to give us a chance to prove it to you. We think you will not regret it. All the details are taken care of. Special attention was paid to lighting and decoration to achieve a cozy and pleasant result. In the area of the bedroom a wood paneling was used that gives it warmth. We will provide you with a lot of tourist information during your trip. I was born in Lanzarote and I will be happy to recommend restaurants where local people go.
