- Bed was not of good quality - soft with no support
- From 6-7am on 9/10 someone was constantly opening and closing door next to us to clean the room. Every time they slammed the door it sounded like our door was being opened/closed. It happened at least 12 times within the hour. I could not sleep through this and only got 5 hours of sleep because of it. The hotel told me this was a longterm resident.
-Sparkling water on tap was great!
