Alojamiento de 48 m² acogedor y tiene un exterior, orientado hacia la playa con vistas al jardín.



La propiedad se encuentra a 80 m del restaurante Hotel Campomar, a 80m de la espectacular Playa La Arena` y a 100m esta la parte nudista de la Playa de la Arena. Cerca de esta playa se encuentra el bar El chiringuito de la Playa con numerosos espectáculos durante las tardes-noches de verano. A 100m se encuentra el Supermercado camping y a 4km el supermercado de Lupa. A 600 m tenemos la reserva natural ` Ecoparque de Trasmiera`. A 1 km tenemos el centro histórico del pueblo de Isla que cuenta con numerosos restaurantes como La Posada o La Chata. En el barrio de Quejo (Isla) se ubican otras playas dignas de visitar como son El Sable o la Playa de Los Barcos. Más alejados de la zona a 17 km se ubica campo de golf ` La Junquera (Pedreña) `, a 37 km reserva natural Parque Cabárceno, a 40 km el aeropuerto ` Severiano Ballesteros`, 41 km la estación de tren de Santander y la estación de autobús. Otros pueblos de obligada visita son Santillana del Mar, Santoña, Comillas o Potes.

Bien ubicado pero falta mantenimiento

Zona y la ubicación son buenas, el apartamento está bien aunque incómodo subir y bajar escaleras pero fue una sorpresa porque ya se intuía al ver las fotos del anuncio. Lo que no nos gustó fue la falta de mantenimiento, muy justito, no creo que dependa de los propietarios pero sí de la empresa que gestiona el alquiler nv
