This accommodation is located in the Isla Playa residential complex, 50 metres from Playa del Sable, right in the heart of Isla’s tourist district yet in a very quiet area, within a gated community with no commercial spaces on the ground floor. <br>It is a first-floor apartment and consists of two double bedrooms, a full bathroom, a separate kitchen, and a living room with two very pleasant furnished terraces. It can accommodate up to 5 people, as it has an extra fold-out bed. As for household items, it comes fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen (cutlery, glassware, dishes, pans, etc.) as well as bedding, towels, tablecloths, and napkins, etc. It is also very well equipped with appliances, including a washing machine, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, a fridge-freezer, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a blender, an iron, a toaster, a clothesline, etc. The apartment is very well maintained and very comfortable.
