La ubicación es inmejorable, alejado lo justo del centro para evitar el bullicio nocturno de Isla, en una urbanización muy tranquila. El apartamento cuenta con todo el equipamiento necesario, sin fallarle ningún detalle. Construcción nueva, con acabados de calidad y una distribución muy cómoda. La terraza con la que cuenta es maravillosa. El tema de limpieza es inmejorable, el apartamento se encontrab en perfectas condiciones.
