  • Apartment located 40 metres from the beach in the beautiful El Encinar residential complex, surrounded by nature and situated in one of the most unspoiled areas of Cantabria. It is fully equipped for a comfortable holiday and can accommodate up to five people, in a residential complex featuring a swimming pool for adults and children, tennis courts, and the perfect blend of nature and relaxation.
    It features one bedroom with a double bed, another with two 90-cm beds, a living-dining room with a sleeper sofa, a terrace, and a flat-screen TV, a separate kitchen, a full bathroom, and a pleasant porch facing the forest where you can enjoy the outdoors and nature.
    Included are bed linens, towels, and a welcome kit with a flannel, dishcloth, scouring pad, soap, dishwashing liquid, 2 trash bags, and 2 rolls of toilet paper.

El apartamento es pequeño para una familia de 5 y no tiene las comodidades básicas para un alojamiento de este tipo: secador roto, poco menaje y con demasiado uso, menos sillas que las personas que se alojan... Lo peor de todo es que el colchón del sofá cama cama olía fatal como a orín de animales. La piscina está en zona sombría y está bastante descuidada. Lo único interesante es que tiene garaje con entrada fácil al apartamento, zonas sin peligro para que jueguen los niños y la playa está cerquita andando.
