The Dora Brand vacation apartment is located in the rear building of a historic town house in the classicist quarter of the Arnsberg district. Your vacation apartment is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities. Extensive cultural and leisure facilities for young and old. Large selection of gastronomic options. Easy access by car, bus and train. Arnsberg is one of the most beautiful and historically significant towns on the well-developed Ruhr Valley cycle path (approx. 300 m away), which connects the Sauerland with the Ruhr area. The Ruhr flows through Arnsberg - the former capital of the Duchy of Westphalia - over a distance of more than 30 km, demonstrating the versatility of the town. Here you will find the peace and quiet to recover from the experiences and impressions of the day.  
  
The lovingly furnished 34 m² apartment is suitable for 1 to 2 people and has parquet flooring. From the living and sleeping area you can access the cozy terrace. There is a double bed in the living and sleeping area. A separate kitchenette, in which you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils, is at your disposal. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. There are parking spaces in the inner courtyard. There is also a secure parking space for your bicycle or motorcycle.

#### Nettes Appartment mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Pros: Sehr netter Kontakt, unkompliziertes Checkin mit einer kurzen Einführung durch den Gastgeber. Parken im Hof direkt am Appartment, sehr bequem! Gemütlich eingerichtetes Appartment mit allem was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Hübsche kleine Terasse mit kleinem Gärtchen in dem man sich ein bisschen entspannen kann. Unterkunt ist relativ nah an der Natur gelegen, dennoch ist die Innenstadt auch nicht weit entfernt. Cons: Sauberkeit ist nicht optimal, hier und da Staubfäden die in den Ecken hängen, ein bisschen Schimmel in den Silikonfugen der Dusche. Töpfe, Geschirr und Besteck z.T. nicht sauber (haben wir alles benutzt und natürlich sauber gemacht^^). Lüfter im Bad ist ein bisschen schwach. Aber alles kein großes Problem.
