Newly remodeled home with backyard fun for adults and kids in a quiet neighborhood. Outdoor deck, patio, bar shed, firepit, and outdoor and indoor games. Walk to West Lake Okoboji beaches, East Lake Okoboji, Upper Gar. Walk to the Ritz or Okoboji Store for lunch on the water. Walk to Arnolds Perk for breakfast and coffee and then across the street from there to shop at the Emporium on the water. Walk to the Arnolds Park with the family to ride all the rides. Walk 3 blocks to rent watersports equipment. Walk or drive 1 mile to Okoboji Boat Works to get on a boat ride or sunset cruise. Back your boat in at the boat ramp 2 blocks away. Jump on the bike path at the then end of the block. Walk to other numerous bars, restaurants, live entertainment, and a convenience store.
