Muito ruim

As fotos não são condizentes com a realidade. Banheiro sujo com bichos e limo. Box sem porta. Quarto mal cuidado com aparência de velho. Funcionários aparentando desânimo e má vontade. Não tem elevador. Tem que carregar as malas puxando pelas escadas. A reserva era para casal e quando chegamos só havia uma toalha e tivemos que pedir lençol e eles mandaram de solteiro. Solicitamos alimentação oferecida por eles para jantar. O frango veio cru, o arroz com raspa queimada de fundo de panela e o feijão aparentava ser velho, parecia um tutu de tão duro.

Era um motel "transformado" em hotel, porém muitas coisas mativeram. Não é um ambiente tão familiar, não recomendo para famílias. O atendimento foi bom.Nas fotos parece ser outra coisa. Café da manhã extremamente simples. Localização achei sombria e perigosa à noite. Reservei por ser próximo ao aeroporto e ao custo beneficio, mas não vale a pena.

Passei uma noite apenas pq fiz uma escala longa no aeroporto BSB então reservei o hotel pelo custo baixo e bom pra tomar um banho e dormi . Café da manhã e bom porém pedir a recepção se podia 10 min antes eu tomar um café antes de ir pro aeroporto que o meu voo era 8:30 manhã e com medo do trânsito sai do hotel 07h e pouco devido a recepção não liberar 10 min antes com tudo montado já pro café . Eu expliquei a necessidade de liberação pelo menos 10 minutinhos antes.

Péssima

Fiz reserva e fiz solicitações que não foram atendidas. Quarto sem ventilação, janelas, etc. As roupas de cama e toalhas sujas, manchadas. Cadê d manhã sem organização, mesmo entendendo que estamos em restrições. Sem variedade, frutas, etc.

Pessimo atendimento

Foi péssimo, recepcionista colocou regras que so existiam na cabeca dela, cheguei com uma acompanhante e nao me foi dito que a segunda pessoa so podia permanecer 15min no quarto. Nao tinha nada especificando nem no site da reserva e nem nas normas locais do hotel. Me foi dito isso apenas no momento do pagamento cobrando meia diaria adicional por conta disso.

We were unable to check in. The first room’s key did not work. Spent 10 minutes trying different keys. The second room was not clean, the toilet already had urine in it when we walked in. When the front desk told the owner over the phone, he said we were lying. There was no soap or shampoo available, front desk all but laughed at us for asking. We asked for a refund, they said we would need to go through Expedia for that but still wanted our bank account info (smells like scam to me). This property is nothing like the pictures. It’s run down and dirty. We stayed elsewhere and had to change our plans for the entire evening because of this.

Não gostei da surpresa de ter sido cobrada um valor de estadia sem nem ter chegado antes mm do horário p entrada no hotel, qdo fui informada q os dados do cartão não seria utilizado antes da minha chegada no hotel qdo questionei o hotel eles disseram q era politica do hotel cobrar a diária no primeiro horario da reserva sem o cliente ter chegado, mostrei o e-mail em q citava q NADA SERIA COBRADO ANTES DA MINHA CHEGADA, achei abusivo o q causou seria descredito por ter fornecido dados do cartão na reserva. O café da manhã tbem fraco. Mas as instalações do quarto e banheiro eram boas só o ar condicionado q pingava no quarto e o tapete de banheiro estava sujo. Solicitei a troca e não o fizeram de imediato e ao ar condicionado disseram q iam olhar mas não foram.
