This property is completely off grid, with solar and lithium batteries, well water, and septic. Queen bedroom downstairs, and King bedroom upstairs. Fully operational bathroom with toilet, shower/tub, clothes washer/dryer, hot water heater, fridge, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker. The deck wraps around the house for day/night relaxation, with patio furniture. There is a firepit and a wood burning sauna. The yard is spacious enough for many outdoor activities. There are hiking trails and many lakes near by, a short 20 min or 1.5 hours to Flathead Lake. The property is surrounded my Tribal Forest, and must be treated with respect. Note: \- Hunting is completely off limits. \- Fishing and hiking is allowed with the proper permits from the tribal website. \- There is ongoing construction during the week days only, as they rebuild a diversion dam on the river.
