"This property is even nicer than the photos. It is an older home that has been renovated very well. It is very, very clean. The owner has gone to some effort to make sure that the furniture and fixtures are quality. It is also very closely located to everything in the downtown area, and the neighborhood feels safe. We stayed in it so that we could take the train to Van Buren and back. I highly recommend it if you have a reason to be in Springdale!"

"We had a family of four stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together and also have space to separate. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located to everything we were interested in doing. The kitchen was stocked with cookware if you plan to cook. We loved the coffee bar! The beds are firm.
