Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, 80 τ.μ. με τρία υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνιο, σαλόνι, κουζίνα και σαλόνι, διαθέτει μεγάλο μπαλκόνι στα βορειοδυτικά, είναι φωτεινό, ευρύχωρο, έχει κουκούτσια και ξύλινα παντζούρια δύο κλιματιστικά, wifi, πλυντήριο ρούχων, parking βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο, βρίσκεται σε γωνιά, δίπλα στην εθνική οδό Θεσσαλονίκης - Ουρανούπολης και 400 από το πολιτιστικό κέντρο. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 5 άτομα.  
Το διαμέρισμα Ikia βρίσκεται στην πόλη της Ιερισσού και προσφέρει εύκολη πρόσβαση σε σούπερ μάρκετ, καταστήματα κινητής τηλεφωνίας, αναμνηστικά, τράπεζες, φαρμακεία, ιδιωτικούς γιατρούς, πάρκα, μήκους πάρκου, στάδια, καφετέριες, νυχτερινά κέντρα, ταβέρνες.
