The toilet floor tiles can be slippery when wet. I slid twice and luckily didn't get hurt. The breakfast buffet is worth it for 250 THB, you'll be so full that you can skip lunch or dinner. Location excellent for walking to Jim Thompson museum along the canal. Bangkok Arts and Cultural Centre ( BACC ) also easy walking distance or catch the skytrain which is close by - this was our daughters favourite spot! Pratunam markets are an easy 15 minutes walk. Plenty of dining options. You’re mostly paying for the view. The gym isn’t real great but it’s decent. The pool is nice but lots of rules. "The staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is perfect. We were arriving after 1:00 a.m. and there were clear instructions as to how to gain entry to the building and what room and how to use the room keys to get in. They are staffed from 8:00 to 5:00 everyday and breakfast is free. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! We will stay here every time we come to town"

"This is an ok hotel. The rooms are clean and the rooftop pool is decent. It has really gone done hill after COVID-19. They used to have a beautiful full service spa on the 23rd floor, and a proper gym. The current "gym" is an unsanitary compilation of random rooms with exercise gear from 1980. The spa is gone. They used to have 24 hour room service, but No longer do. I would stay at this hotel if it's strategically located to something you want to be near, but for the money, they're a much nicer...

"The property is situated close to a BTS station which made it so convenient. The restaurant downstairs provided good meals although I did not take breakfast there. The people who work there were quite helpful. The neighborhood is not very pleasant but there is a seven eleven close by."
