Staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant, always so welcoming, always attentive and always going out of their way to ensure our stay was an enjoyable/comfortable one. "Old box TV, no channels working, a waste of time having it in the room. Furniture in room rundown, no clothes hangers. The bed was very comfortable. Swimming pool was nice, needs more seating areas & lounge beds. No restaurant/food, snacks or water available on site, you need to drive to get these. Dinner & Breakfast needs to be pre booked in advance when not purchased in a package. Internet was ok. Heaps of parking available. "

"Beautiful property. Away from the town, yet only 5 minutes away, which made it perfect. It was very clean and the room comfortable. The beds not so soft but it could be dealt with. Not all the staff was very friendly but those that were made up for everyone else. The spa was small but really good. Venia and Eli were great and so attentive to our needs. They do not offer hair services but when I told Vania I had a wedding to attend, she went above and beyond to make sure to do my hair. Overall I would give a 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the staff that made our stay so great!!!"
