An excellent hotel with chalet-style accommodation. Within easy reach of Bariloche town centre and the Llao Llao area by both bus and private transport. Very welcoming and friendly staff and large rooms / chalets. A very good breakfast is included and the on site restaurant serves good food and has excellent lake views. There are other restaurants and a small shop within walking distance. There is a heated outdoor pool and also access to the beach.

This is one of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed . The two people running it are so lovely - the food is amazing . Enjoy if you’re lucky enough to book this

The hotel was beautiful and much more than a ‘corporate’ Radisson Blu hotel. The room had a beautiful view, the breakfast was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice because the food was so good.

Check in was easy and Alejandra was attentive to any questions we had including making us a takeaway breakfast for our early starts and providing a map of the town. The room was clean and big enough for what we needed but no wardrobe or space to hang things up which would be helpful. We had a problem with the room not being cleaned for two days during our stay but when we reported this Alejandra sorted it as she wasn’t aware the cleaner hadn’t attended.

This hotel lived up to eveything we had hoped and more. The staff were lovey and the location was just fantastic. We very much enjoyed evening swims watching the sun go down and the stars sparkle across the mountains. We would definitely come here again!

Excellent hotel. I arrived before check in time but they checked me in straight away. Large room (which I think are all the same apart from the presidential suite), sofa, table, fridge, large bed with choose of pillows, patio door onto swimming pool. Large bathroom, separate bath and shower. Breakfast served in the bar room with large range of hot and cold food. Close to airport but a good walk into Neuquen.

Room was spotless, beds comfy, staff were helpful and friendly! Facilities were amazing, we really enjoyed the spa and the food at the restaurant was yummy! Great vegetarian options - I loved the vegetable lasagna!

The hotel staff were fabulous, the rooms were large and beds comfortable. The hotel is a bit worn round the edges (the gym especially needs some investment) but it’s overall charming. The food was great, especially the breakfast! Will definitely come back.

Staff were super helpful and the place was very clean including the bathroom. Staff allowed me to use the kitchen to prepare my salad dinner which was very nice of them. Breakfast was very good too. Will likely book again in future.

A great one night stay, much higher standard than we were expecting having already spent a couple of nights in El Calafate (lovely but rustic)

Great breakfast, great location, family friendly, honest and friendly & helpful staff I cannot recommend it enough and would stay again when coming back. They even checked the weather and advised on how to get the best of trekking and advised based on our personal conditions going out and beyond their way. 10/10 stay.
