The hotel rooms are spotless, beautiful, and exceptionally well maintained. The architecture is truly on another level and adds to the luxurious atmosphere of the property. The service was outstanding, with staff consistently going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
We would especially like to thank Manager Matheo for his dedication and efforts in ensuring we had such a wonderful experience. His professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
This is a truly luxurious, comfortable, and safe hotel, and we would gladly return in the future. The restaurant also deserves special recognition for its amazing food, excellent drinks, and overall dining experience.

The apartment was perfect for the price. There is only one AC unit in the apartment but does have fans in the bedrooms. Staff was nice and attentive. Location is great and easy to get to Provenza, close to multiple Pharmacy's.

There is no elevator, if you are bringing luggage and children you have to carry everything up by yourself and all the stairs have different heights. The breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. All the toilets did not have toilet seats ..."
