It consists of: - a closed bedroom with a double bed upstairs - a mezzanine with 2 single beds - a closed cabin with bunk beds on the First floor - Kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, mini-oven, coffee maker, kettle... - Living area with TV - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC - 25m² enclosed terrace with no overlooking neighbors, garden furniture, barbecue, awning, parasol, sun loungers - Travel cot with mattress and mattress protector - Beach 600m away. Shops nearby: bakery, pizzeria, rotisserie, laundromat, grocery store, Lidl 500m away. No pets allowed. We We do not accept holiday vouchers. For spa visitors, we are 20 minutes from Le Boulou. A security deposit of €300 is required, which is not cashed and will be returned if the property is in good condition. A cleaning deposit of €50 is required, which is not cashed and will be returned if the property is left clean.
