Located in the historic centre of the traditional village of Argelès-sur-mer in the Pyrénées-Orientales, this accommodation adjoining the pedestrian zone allows you to access on foot in less than a minute, the food shops, bars and restaurants, the cinema but also the media library and the very popular "Retirada" museum, not to mention the two weekly markets of local producers on Wednesday and Saturday.
A free wooded parking lot adjoining the very quiet rue de la Révolution designated as the street of the barns where the accommodations are located, allows you to park your vehicle all year round in complete safety; The Municipal Police office is located nearby.

Access from the downtown to the 7 kilometres of fine sandy beach but also to the rocky coast is numerous and is facilitated by a fluid and varied network of roads, cycle paths, crosswalks as well as by a very well organised electric public transportation.

This rental is equipped with its own heating and air conditioning system.
It is composed of two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed 160 x 200, the other with two beds that can be twinned with 2 times 80 x 200, a separate toilet and shower room as well as a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a very cosy living room.
Finally, the small room that houses the electric cumulus with a capacity of 150 liters and the washing machine makes it easy to store the various luggage.

Indeed, it has its own entrance accessible by a staircase or the elevator meeting PMR (Person with Reduced Mobility) standards, it is perfectly equipped, it has its own free wifi network, it meets environmental standards, it is protected from all types of nuisances and architecturally has managed to preserve the features of the old barns of the village while integrating the welcoming aspects of a setting that is intended to be modern and functional.

As far as its territorial environment is concerned, there is of course the Mediterranean Sea and its preserved marine park, but also the "Albères" formed by the end of the Pyrenees chain.
It is no coincidence that Argelès is called "la Naturelle" with its own reserves along the coast and in the massifs and its many hiking and cycling paths in a green setting that dominates the entire bay.
It is the king of anglers, on board or on boats, lovers of all water sports, hikers and mountain bikers.

As far as its adjoining environment is concerned, along the small road of the cornices, we find the mythical village of Collioure and its famous bell tower immortalized by the painters of the Fauvism era, but also the magnificent port of Port-Vendres and its fishermen, a starting point for exotic destinations, and the town of Banyuls sur mer, in the middle of its vineyards planted in espaliers near the dry stone walls, so dear to the Catalan sculptor "Maillol".
