### Apartment for 4, Close to Beach with Parking

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residence 50 meters from the beach. It can accommodate 4 people: a double sofa bed (140x190 cm) in the living room and a double bed (140x190 cm) in the bedroom. No smoking. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, two electric hobs, a microwave, a washing machine, and a television. It also features a 12 m² terrace and a private parking space.  
  
Please note: bed linen and towels are not provided; cleaning is not included but can be booked as an optional extra (€50).
