It consists of a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and two balconies with a breathtaking view of Lake Como. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and heating.**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**GERA VILLA APT is located on the first floor of an elegant villa. The flat is arranged on one floor. Spacious and bright living room with sofa and dining table. A fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster. A complete bathroom with shower and washing machine. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom with bathtub. GERA VILLA APT has two characteristic balconies overlooking Lake Como. You can also enjoy the shared garden equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs. The flat, ideal to accommodate up to 4 people, offers Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, a private parking space and, although it is not equipped with air conditioning, fans are available to ensure guests' comfort.**ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKING**GERA VILLA APT is easy to reach by car, as it has its own private car park. From the car park you walk a few metres to the entrance gate of the property. The flat is situated on the first floor of an elegant villa.**ARGEGNO & SURROUNDINGS**GERA VILLA APT is located in a hilly area just a few metres from the centre of Argegno. Argegno is a very lively village throughout the year. The village offers small shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, post office, banks, schools, a beautiful equipped beach, a charming little harbour, a characteristic historical centre, but above all countless natural beauties that can be admired thanks to pleasant walks. Well connected by public transport via boats and buses, it is easily accessible to and from all lake destinations. It is 20 km from Como and 15 km from Cernobbio, where there is the motorway entrance to Milan and Lugano. In Argegno you can rent a boat or bicycles, relax at the Lido, reach the village of Pigra (by cable car or by car), take the boat to explore the other villages on the lake and walk in the middle of nature. On Monday mornings, there is a market on the Lungo Lago di Argegno: fish, cheese, cold cuts, flowers and clothes. The necessities at hand! There are 2 grocery shops in Argegno, but the nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 6 km away.**GETTING AROUND**Please note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest evaluating alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers. In the centre of Argegno, the boat and bus stop will be at your disposal. The centre of Argegno is 600 metres away and can be reached via a downhill pedestrian street with a few steps. We recommend travelling by car, as the flat has a private car park. It is easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour's drive away. For further questions regarding transport and transfers please contact us, we will be happy to help you!**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE**All guests are required to pay a tourist tax of €3.00 per night, per person. In the cold season heating is an additional cost to be paid separately: € 12.00 / Day. It is forbidden not to separate waste as instructed, otherwise a penalty of € 60,00 will be charged. According to Italian law, before check-in, the personal identity document of each guest will be requested. With a view comes stairs so be prepared to walk 42 steps to get to the apartment. Places with parking is a rarity so, this makes this apartment VERY appealing. Host is gracious in providing cookies and coffee and all home necessities. With only 2 fans and the heat of the summer, be aware that it gets VERY hot during the day, even with blinds shut. To the host and manager i really recommend several more standing fans. Even with the cool of the night the house never cooled down.
