We stayed at the Villa for 8 days starting with the plus side the location of the Villa is great with fab views sea on one side and mountains the other. There are nearby amenities and a car is advisable. There were many negatives for us - starting with the pool, whilst its big, it was grimy- its supposed to be cleaned by the owner once a week but wasn’t. The furniture definitely needs updating- the sofas are ripped so were covered with blankets. Not all the lights work inside and hardly any outside lighting so difficult to cook etc on the barbecue or have a meal outside after dark. The air conditioning is on a timer so most difficult at night becuase it goes off after 4 hours and you have to get up physically to turn it on again. No instructions were left on how to use anything so we had to figure it out the hard way. The TV didnt work! We did raise initial concerns with the company but never heard back until day 5! Nothing other than towels and bedding were provided so be sure to take all basics. Its certainly not a luxury villa in terms of amenities so if you can live with that you wont have issues. The showers have very little pressure and no shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom so you end up with water everywhere. Very basic crockery - 2 bowls for 4 people but enough plates and glasses! The inside was dusty especially under the beds. The bed in the master bedroom is awful. The pictures are very deceiving. On the whole rather disappointing.
