Beautiful small independent house situated in quiet and panoramic location on the hills surrounding Arezzo with extensive views over the surrounding landscape and Arezzo in the distance. This property has been recently restored and offers welcoming, tastefully furnished and romantic interiors. Outside, guests can enjoy use of a well-groomed garden with nice swimming-pool and tennis court.  
The property owners live approx. 10 meters away.  
Distances: Antria with groceries 2 km away, Arezzo with general stores and railway station 12 km away, the charming town of Cortona 40 km away, Florence 70 km, Rome 150 km away.  
At guests’ disposal: large garden with swimming-pool (15 x 8 m - min. depth 1,2 m – max. depth 2,4 m), private tennis court.
