The room was clean and I loved the free shuttle to the arena! Only con is that we stayed on the eleventh floor. The front desk representative asked us high or low floor but failed to tell us that the twelfth floor was being renovated! So at 7am we were awakened to loud hammering and drilling. The view from the room was beautiful and we loved the amenities, we would’ve chosen another floor if we were privy to the renovations.

Looks just like the online pictures! This hotel is very nice, and clean and it has a uni
unique design. There were a few inconveniences upon arrival but the staff member handled the situation and tried to right side things to the best of his ability. Overall I would stay here again.
