### Spacious apartment 4 min to the beach

Brand new apartment, renovated in September 2022, just 4 minutes walk from the beach. The large apartment has a master bedroom with a queen size double bed, a study/bedroom with a French double sofa bed. An eat-in kitchen, bathroom with window and a huge living room with Netflix TV included.  
Fast Wifi for surfing the internet or watching Netflix on a 40 inch TV.  
2 large balconies where you can have a coffee, have a meal, or just get some sun.  
Clean sheets, house towels and beach towels obviously included.  
We are located on the third floor of a condominium with elevator, a few steps from the main tourist attractions, shops, supermarkets and restaurants.  
Perfect for couples, families or groups of 4.  
Our goal is to offer our guests the stay of their dreams.. City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 5 nights
