Table tennis, children's playground (swing). In the complex: washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Motor access (via unmade road). Public parking 250 m extra. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Arendsee, Strandbad" 400 m, railway station "Seehausen" 18 km. Minigolf 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner lives on the same property. The photograph shows a typical example. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Maximum occupancy: 5 people (a baby or toddler as a 6th person is NOT possible). Visitors are ONLY allowed with prior registration (tourist tax required!). 1 car (no mobile homes) parking space at the house included, additional vehicles CANNOT be parked on the property.
