Walking distance to the beach. Spacious, family friendly house equipped to comfortably accommodate 10 guests. All five bedrooms, have air conditioning units, ceiling fans, light filtering curtains and lounge chairs. Two of the bedrooms have a dedicated workspace with desk and chair. There are air conditioning units in the main dining and living area as well. The patio areas have comfortable outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ, string lights, ceiling fans, a hammock, and dining tables. A peaceful atmosphere and great place to retreat and relax with family and friends. Additionally, there is a backup generator for the entire house and a water cistern to supply the house in the event of an outage. Important notes from host: \* Maximum 25 night stay. \* No parties or events are allowed at the house. No DJ equipment, decorations, confetti, glitter or fireworks. \* No additional guests allowed. Only the people included in the reservation guest count. \* No candles, smoking or vaping allowed inside the house. \* Long term stays (14 days or more) will require additional cleanings, depending on length of stay, to be paid for by guest. We rented both sides of the property (Apt. A and B). Since the party was early afternoon the hostess, Tatiana was very kind and made the arrangements so we could enter a bit earlier. Even though at the beginning we had a bit of difficulty trying to access both sides because the connecting door was closed, after several emails and phone calls the problem was solved. The property is amazing. Everything was so clean and well organized! The 5 bedrooms were super spacious. The kitchens were well equiped. The decor was very pleasant. Our favorite part was the deck. We spent the mornings and nights there enjoying the breeze, chatting, sharing and just relaxing. We recommend this place 100%. ##### R. R.
