Really disappointed. Only chose as advertised as 9.8 miles away from landmark. Was over 20 and cost a fortune travelling. Poorly advertised. Unclean, was a cockroach in the bath upon arrival. Bathroom not as advertised. Really poor considering I got a junior suite. Staff were completely uninterested. Nobody serving at the bar, had to keep asking reception. Unable to order food, told I had to wait for a buffet?!

We stayed for 1 night, and that was fine. Not great if we were to have stayed longer. Our room did not have hot water, beds were not comfortable, and overall rooms/ decor need an update/ refresh. However, the staff were very kind and helpful!

Excellent slightly out of town Best Western, everything appeared to be in place and I had a good night's stay. Hotel is on a bus route and very near Stepps station for onward travel should you not come by car. There seemed to be a lot of parking available otherwise. There's a cafe and pub in the nearby village. Overall I'd stay here again.
