Smart Guesthouse was a great place to stay on our visit to Rome. Conveniently located near train station and Metro. Decent walking distance to many landmarks. Room was clean and perfect for my daughter and I. Host was super helpful and accommodating.

All ok ok. Weird alarm on both nights- rooms are not soundproof. Room needed a rug- just too bare. Breakfast was good. It's not the most lively place. I did like that they had a kettle in the room. That was probably the nicest thing for me.

Tesis gerçekten çok güzel dizayn edilmiş. İşletme sahibi çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Yemekler harikaydı. Muhteşem doğa içinde kafa dinlemek isteyenlerin asla kaçırmaması gereken bir tesis.

While quite a distance out in the countryside for this family run hotel was a great find. Our room was comfortable and clean, staff kind and helpful and the breakfast very good. The real bonus was the outdoors bonfire, where everyone gathered around in the evening.
