"The Artists Ranch was our first VRBO experience - if this is what they're all like, great job! TAR's owner Kim was super-prompt in responding to all inquiries and, when an oven had a smoking issue, she was ready to address it immediately.Given that we traveled 3400 miles, there was no way we could bring all the extra doodads we all use at home, and it would've been both costly and wasteful to buy them locally just for two weeks' use. Not to worry - TAR is EXTREMELY well outfitted with almost anything you can imagine. Food scale, coffee grinder, food processor...you name it, Kim has thought of it.The property is beautifully maintained, and well stocked with paper goods, ziploc bags...the list goes on. Not to mention it's super-easy to get on/off Rte 1, and you're just a 4- minute drive to a great coffee shop!HIGHLY recommend that you look at this place!"

"We loved this property. It was such a quiet neighborhood in good proximity to everything we needed. So many little touches that made the place so welcoming. I loved the coffee bar. My son had so much fun with the nerf guns and games. My older daughter was happy to have a room downstairs away from the noise of the younger kid. I would stay again if I were visiting the area, no question!"

"Very clean, comfortable beds, easy access/walking distance to stores and food. Host left water, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and some snacks. It made our delayed/late arrival so very comfortable."

"The mattress in the upstairs bedroom was pretty bad. The listing showed bunk beds but they're really too loft beds which are impossible for an adult to get into and difficult for a child to climb up and appears to be very unsafe. Bathtubs were very slippery with no mats or grip or grab bars.When we used the washer and clothes dryer, we discovered the lint trap in the dryer appears to have not been cleaned out in a very long time and looks to be a fire hazard.Overall though house was clean, comfortable and very well appointed."
