This was a fantastic stay! The Arch Cape beach house was perfectly located, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed. The host was communicative and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for your immediate response to all my requests and questions prior to our visit. This was a perfect space for our trip. I’m just sorry we didn’t get to stay longer. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Waterfront Escape

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful waterfront property! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the water with stunning views that made every moment special. This is the third time we’ve stayed here and absolutely love it. Such an amazing location right on beach and well appointed and maintained home. Building fires, star gazing and watching the tide come and go are what it’s all about!

Beautiful oceanfront home

We came back for a wonderful reunion stay at this beautiful oceanfront home with many windows. Beautiful place. Fully stocked kitchen with spices, coffee, foil/wrap, and all cooking tools needed. Very helpful and friendly host. We would gladly come again!

Great beach front home on arch cape! Fantastic location! Family vacation filled with walks on the beach, surfing, nightly bonfires, and watching the waves on the porch! The house had everything we needed and more to make our trip to the coast special! Great correspondence with owner! Would highly recommend staying here!

Had a great time! Beautiful setting and location right on the beach. There were 9 of us, very comfortable and plenty of space. What stands out is the attention to detail on everything. Great place, will be back.

Family Beach Vacation

The location is magnificent with scenery like a Hollywood movie. The house is loaded with conveniences and everything to anything you need is there plus more. Enjoyed the wood fireplace and spectacular living room views of the ocean. My family enjoyed the stay and will always remember our visit here.

Beautiful property with awesome views

Perfect house for an extended weekend with friends and family. Very nice touches like supplied coffee service and toiletries. The kitchen is stocked with intentional supplies and dishes (not stuff discarded from the owners 1st home).

The house was perfect for a fantastic long weekend with my children, their spouses and my adorable grand babies. We made the most of the well-equipped kitchen and roaring fires, which set the stage for lots of laughs and love.

Unbelievable Ocean/Beach proximity and views!

Wonderful and well appointed, the Loft of Riley was spacious, clean, and comfortable. You are right on the beach with giant picture windows looking directly onto the beach and ocean. We loved watching the moody Oregon weather and getting out to the beach to play fetch! Thank you for a spectacular ocean getaway! Hope to return!

Absolute 5 Star Experience

Our stay was absolutely everything we hoped for and more. You can genuinely tell the love and effort that goes into this property. Such beautiful views, everything is very well kept up, very clean, and the host, Kris, was incredibly kind as well. All of the guests were very impressed with the home - I got kudos all week for booking it! Best property I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Absolutely recommend it and hope to be back soon!

This was a stunning property for a quick weekend getaway for my husband’s birthday. We lucked out with weather and got to enjoy the deck for a few great sunsets. The house was well furnished and had a great kitchen with everything we needed for dinners at home. We hope to return!

A Great Place to Stay

My wife and I have stayed at dozens of the nicer vacation rentals in the US. With all things considered, this one is in the top two or three. Features that really stuck out included the privacy, view, easy access to the very walkable beach, modern remodeling, amazingly well-stocked kitchen, high-quality appliances, plentiful firewood, cleanliness (including the view windows), everything worked, closeness to Cannon Beach and excellent restaurants, and ample, comfortable outdoor seating. The beds were somewhat small and low, but adequate. Overall, this is a great place.

Family Vacation

My family is large enough (15) that I had to rent 2 Vrbos,The Loft of Riley and Captain's House. They were about a mile apart. The Loft of Riley was perfect for us to use as our base for meals and beach access during the day. It is a beautiful beach home with a spectacular view and easy beach access. Also, we had access to beach toys, boogie boards, wood for fires on the beach in the evening, etc. It is a bit pricey but well worth it!! I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Doesn’t get any better at the beach!

This is just such a lovely place to visit. I wish we could have stayed longer. The view is just breathtaking. The path down to the beach is so convenient. We went on many walks on the beach. I could sit on the deck and watch and listen to the waves all day. The house was really well equipped. It was like a friend let you stay at their home. The heated bathroom floors were a hit! The owner was wonderful to deal with. We will definitely try to go back. Highly recommend!

This house is just perfect for our family. Late sleepers in the studio. Early risers in the house. Views and access to the beach cannot be beat. Helps when it’s in the high 50s and dry. A very relaxing pre-holiday trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Loft of Riley was PERFECT!!!

We loved every minute of our stay. The property was immaculate, well stocked, and comfortable for our three generations. No view could possibly be better. We felt like we had a private beach with breathtaking scenery at both ends. Host was so helpful- we tried to do everything recommended, but ran out of days, as we were making our way to Bandon Dunes. Coming all the way from Cincinnati as first time visitors, our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Out of thousands of options along the Oregon Coast, we all felt like it was literally the perfect choice!
