"This is my second time staying at this hotel. I like it so much last time I was in the area that I purposely stayed again. Excellent free breakfast, hotel both rooms and common areas were extremely clean and inviting. Loved how they use Dove bathroom products. Restaurants within walking distance. "

"When I first arrived I was greeted with an unpleasant welcome from staff. Got to the room, and the air conditioning didn’t work, No body wash was in the bathroom, and only one outlet in the room worked. The room wasn’t fully cleaned from the last guest as there was trash still left over. Not worth the money"

"Upon check in the young man seemed very unpolished and told us we had to put a $100 hold on file which came as a total surprise. Our room smelled like cat urine and the couch was very suspect and made us itch. My advice would be to absolutely remove it. It is apparent the hotel is rebranded and doing rehab which is honorable however they should pay better attention to decor and the weekend food at complimentary breakfast and especially the helper. The trash was overflowing at the coffee station and they had no napkins. When we asked the same young man for napkins who had checked us in he said we don’t have any and walked away. The coffee is harsh and should be looked at for a better quality if possible. We have done many included breakfast and typically all the same type of food but the quality of the bread and bagels were sub par. Several people saved the day like Jackie the breakfast hostess. The man who must have been maintainance I think called Robert. The housekeeping young lady who was very polite on the floor and the nice professional woman at the desk during the week. I wish this hotel much success and hope they work on some of these issues. I may return just to see if any training and upgrades are implemented."

"We did not do the breakfast. We are Hilton Honor members. We have stayed in this hotel w no issues. This stay was very different. We will NOT be back."
