- we enjoyed our stay here but our main complaint is the noisy neighbour above our unit who was dragging furniture and making noise until 1am (multiple nights) so I’d suggest booking a first floor room to avoid this. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked nice and the reception and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful (we chose to only get our room made up once but asked for extra towels and toilet paper "
