Arboga is the perfect city to walk around in, since almost all of its attractions are located within a radius of 2.5 kilometres. The only time you'll need the car is when you go out to the Hjälmare Canal. Arboga has its own unique demand-driven public transit system. This means that you decide where you want to be picked up and dropped off, so long as you're travelling within a radius of 4 kilometres from the Main Square.
Arboga is easily reached by car and public transport once you’re in Sweden. The E18 and E20 motorways meet here, and the Svealand railway line starts in Arboga and passes through Örebro on its way to Stockholm.
