The staff in the pool and restaurant were outstanding! The food was excellent.
The main pool needs maintenance. It has a lot of missing tiles which has caused injuries for my kids. The quickness to address the injuries was lacking. I expected more for a 5 stars resort.

It was fine, comfortable and enjoying. The only thing that annoyed me is that they didn't respect the price provided by the hotels.com without any reason. But i stuck into my travel reservation and they accpeted it finally with 15 euros more after i called the manager.
