We stayed at the Executive Suite on the ninth floor. The room was roomy and comfortable. Well-appointed and tastefully decorated. We paid a similar amount to what 5-star hotels were quoting for their entry-level rooms in Melbourne CBD at the same period, so it was excellent value.
If I need to pick on something, it would be very minor things: one of the two couches in the sitting room was not comfortable for longer sitting, and the shower (in the oversize, functional bathroom) could do with a shelf for a toothbrush or a soap. Minor issues indeed.
We will stay there again.

Getting the key was a smooth process in the after hours chute and the room was ready for us, with heating and lights already turned on, which we were very appreciative of as it was a cold night. "The room was large, comfortable, fresh and quiet to say we were on the roadside. Graham was very friendly and helpful to guide us to where to visit in town. Big TV, everything else you need. Thanks so much would definitely recommend the place to anyone who is visiting Ararat."
