Plusieurs éléments mériteraient notamment une attention particulière : les huisseries, à l’origine de courants d’air et dont certaines portes donnant sur la terrasse sont difficiles à manœuvrer ; le parquet, marqué par des traces d’infiltration ; les rideaux, usés ; ainsi que la salle de bain, dont l’aménagement (baignoire, barre porte-serviettes et flexible de douche) pourrait être optimisé, notamment pour les personnes âgées.La literie des lits superposés pourrait également être améliorée, les matelas étant très fins et offrant un confort limité.Lors de notre séjour, nous avons également constaté l’absence du détecteur de fumée, ainsi que des dysfonctionnements du chauffe-eau et du chauffage.
