My mom and I had a wonderful time at Cloud 7 Residence. The room and balcony were very spacious and beautifully designed. There are restaurants and you have the option to order from outside aswell. The Marina square is very calm and the overall vibe of the place is chill and relaxing. The staff were on another level of kind. They displayed exceptional hospitality and were more than happy to help. I also participated in the rise adventure where they have rope climbing, zipline and wall climbing. There are loads of different activities you can do. Thanks Taha for being very patient with me on the wall! I didn't think that I would be able to finish it but his encouragement and energy definitely motivated me to reach the top. Thanks for the wonderful memories! My only slight remark would be there is a lack of swimming pools and the beach ( located in the Hyatt) was kind of small but overall it was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend it!

One person will clean all the rooms. Which will not give him the ability to clean my room when I need it.

Top VIP hotel. It’s one of the most exceptional hotel. Very modern, clean rooms with balcony with sea view. Very delicious breakfast buffet and it’s free. All staff were very professional and helpful.

During a pandemic (COVID) one expects less, but the Aqaba Intercontinental staff went above and beyond to make us feel pampered with a smile on top of a great service. Cleanliness, social distancing, and hygiene requirements were available at each corner of the hotel. The staff very well experienced on handling the new normal, breakfast buffet artfully arranged and delivered to the hotel visitors. A BIG THANK YOU to all.

The hotel was beyond expectations, the staff were incredible, they were very kind, friendly and professional. I enjoyed everything here, the pools, the beach club, the meals, the cleanness, and specially the room. I mean, this was my best experience in Aqaba this far.

Such a pleasant experience, the room is absolutely wonderful and the staff is very nice. It was such a joy to stay and I am already excited to do it again!

Been to Aqaba several times however this time is different and despite the restrictions due to COVID 19 ,DT by Hilton Team really made our stay Fabulous, starting with warm welcoming room & pool cleanness and very decent staff, my stay included half board which I wasn't aware that there is no open Buffett and I wanted to cancel or get a refund . However the team specially Mr.Ahmad decided to make the stay very enjoyable and he did. All staff were very Friendly ,decent to serve us on 7th floor restaurant where all safety measures applied. The served dinner was absolutely Perfect left us with no words to say . would like to thank Duty Manager Ahmad Nasrallah and his team who really made our stay very pleasant.
