You'll also enjoy access to a heated pool just a short walk away (May-October). Take in the stunning vistas from the spacious living area and kitchen, which offer a cozy gas fireplace and a convenient wet bar. Or concoct a crisp drink and step outside to the private deck with brand-new furniture. With one reserved parking space, this condo offers a great home base for exploring everything Santa Cruz has to offer! After a fun-filled day of coastal adventures, warm up by the gas fireplace in the main living area. Or get comfy on the plush couch and three armchairs and watch a movie on the 45-inch TV. You'll find everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen, including a gas range, microwave, and wine fridge.
