Space is plentiful with multiple sleeping options for families or groups. Just a short walk to the beach, immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the Pacific Ocean. Unwind with stunning sunsets, relax in the hot tub, or rinse off under the outdoor shower after sandy beach days. The Space: \- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults. We are also able to host 4 additional children under 8 years old. \- 2 bedrooms (one king bed and one queen bed), an office with 2 bunk beds (all twin size beds), a bonus loft with a queen bed \- 2.5 bathrooms \- 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway. \- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker \- Living Room \- Backyard with a hot tub & outdoor shower, and a rooftop deck with stunning ocean views. \- For safety, the fireplace is not operable. This is a dangerous property if you have seniors or young children. There are 6 sets of stairs and the floor covering looks the same up and down the stairs. The stair railing is not safe. It is either made of plastic or glass. It is really too wide to fit one's hand around. The showers are not safe. Water pools and there are no safety bars in the shower. Water gets everywhere on the floor. One of our seniors fell going down the stairs because of the flooring. The senior suffered a concussion and needed to go to ER.The cost was over 20,000 dollars. Please think twice before you rent. Owners and VRBO won't even compensate part of the cost. ##### sharon S.
