Easy parking on the one way slow road street. You can park in the driveway or right in front of the house. Nisene Marks County Park is 5 minutes from the house with the most amazing hiking and world class mountain biking and breathtaking forest! Other Things to Note: Your comfort and safety come first. The bungalow is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every stay, with extra care for high-touch surfaces like light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, and remotes. Prime Location This Aptos retreat is perfectly situated within walking distance of local restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and boutique dining. Spend your days soaking up the sun at Rio Del Mar Beach or exploring world-class hiking and cycling trails in the nearby redwoods. For travelers, San José International Airport is just 50 minutes away, making arrivals and departures stress-free. Interaction with Guests: I was living in the house in the 1 bedroom until I had my baby. I do not live on the premises anymore so you will not see me. Loved the proximity to the beach while being quiet and out of any busy areas. Our only complaint, which is not so much a complaint than it is an FYI for future guests, is that the neighborhood had 0 street lights.
