"Facility was great, had our room cleaned every day of our 5days stay, our flight landed in SYD early (9am) and we were able to check in early at no extra costs, this was a deal breaker for me given we were tired and just needed a rest after a 45mins delayed with our flight before landing, staff members are always helpful and made it so effortless to cater to our needs and requests. Mohamed made us feel at home and always ensuring that we had everything that we needed. Should I visit SYD again, I would definitely stay here, everything is within close proximity and the hotel is situated in a great area, with only a 5min walk to public transport. Thank you! "

"The reception staff was excellent. In premises car parking was available for an additional charge of extra $15. The room was clean however 0100 when i went to toilet there were two large cockroaches running around. "
