The ground floor also features a well-equipped kitchen/dining room, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. Just off the kitchen is a utility room complete with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Also on the ground floor is a cosy twin bedroom and a modern shower room. Upstairs, you’ll find a lovely double bedroom with an en-suite toilet, offering a private and peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The Barn blends traditional features with thoughtful, modern touches to make your stay comfortable and memorable.  
  
During your holiday at the Barn, there’s no shortage of things to see and do. The area is a paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Take a short drive to the picturesque village of Port Appin, where you can catch a ferry to the Isle of Lismore or enjoy fresh seafood at a local restaurant. Nearby, Castle Stalker offers a dramatic photo opportunity and a glimpse into Scotland’s medieval past. For walkers and cyclists, the Caledonia Way (National Cycle Route 78) runs past the road end and you can cycle up towards Fort William or south to Oban, offering breathtaking views of Loch Linnhe and the surrounding mountains.  
  
Oban, the "Gateway to the Isles," is just a 30-minute drive away and offers shops, the Oban Distillery, cafes, a walk up to MacCaigs Tower to look over to the Isle of Mull, and ferries to Kerrera, Mull, Iona, and more.
