Located 450m walk from the Gulf of Lava beach, this 1970s apartment, of approximately 70m2, benefits from an ideal location for your vacation on the island of beauty with a large sunny terrace with sea view.  
The apartment is composed as follows: an air-conditioned living-dining room with convertible sofa (type BZ), an independent equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms (sleeps 140), a renovated bathroom new with large shower, separate toilet.  
  
The advantage of this apartment: its location close to the beach, a private parking space in front of the accommodation.  
  
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the rate. Only kitchen towels are not provided.
