The key to more freedom

  • Our apartments are situated in a sunny position at 450 metres on the edge of the historic wine village of St. Pauls in South Tyrol, amidst gently rolling vineyards in a uniquely quiet location. In addition, the breathtaking natural spectacle of the South Tyrolean lowlands with an unrestricted panoramic view towards Bolzano, the Mendola Mountains and the Dolomites.

    Our outdoor pool on the inviting sun terrace presents itself unobtrusively and with straightforward elegance. With its 10m x 3,5m it offers relaxing swimming pleasure. Just dive in and relax. Enjoy the restful Mediterranean flair of South Tyrol on our cosy sun terrace, e.g. in one of our beautiful four-poster beds.
