That’s why we focus on the most important points: there are three floors with three bedrooms and a private bathroom each, a fully equipped kitchen, an open fireplace, big windows, which make the interior bright and friendly, and a fancy glass floor in the stairwell. You can park your car and bikes in the private courtyard. And there is a small balcony and a rooftop terrace, which is perfect to chill after a beautiful day out and about. The heart of Eppan. That's exactly where we are. In the private courtyard, you can park your car and bicycles. There is also a small balcony and a rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing after a lovely day of vacation. The wine village of Eppan offers not only charming shops but also numerous restaurants, wineries, and castles. Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost. In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows). It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus. Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked.
