Edgewater Hotel - Gatlinburg

"It is a nice hotel that is in walking distance to most attractions in Gatlinburg. It is an older hotel but they do try to keep it modernized. The elevator is very slow but probably not much can be done about that. The shower head in our bathroom really needs replaced, the water didn't spray our very well. The breakfast is nice. You will get to see bears in the stream that runs in front of the hotel. I would stay here again."

"Rooms could use some upgrades. The bathroom was clean but not spotless. Check in was very slow with the line being quite long and self check in was not working. The property is in a beautiful setting and we’ll plan to return."
