"We’ve stayed at Camelback before, but this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. It took over 45 minutes just to check in, and even after that our room still wasn’t ready. We ended up waiting an additional 1.5 hours. After standing in one long line to check in, we then had to stand in another long line just to activate our room bands. From the time we arrived to the moment we actually stepped into our room, nearly 3 hours had passed. When we finally got inside, the room was completely unprepared. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the bathrooms. There were no towels. Two of the bunk beds didn’t even have sheets. Other guests around us were dealing with the same issues, and some were so frustrated they decided to leave altogether. For all of this inconvenience, we were offered only a waived parking and resort fee totaling $75 — and that was it. For the amount of time wasted and the lack of basic readiness, this was extremely disappointing. "

"Enjoyed my short stat staff friendly room was a bit musty dusty not a lot of good amenities water park was smaller than I thought didn’t have a water pool bar but I did enjoyed the fire place Reasturant. "

"Very clean and homey property! Being able to wake up and walk from our front door to the slopes was incredibly convenient. We were even able to come back for lunch before we headed out to ski in the afternoon each day. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable and deck was nice for morning coffee. 10/10 recommend. We will be back! "
