He told me that I had cancelled and sent me screen shots of messages with an individual named Chuck. He stated the property was rented for the week and not available. I sent him screen shots of my reservation and he told me he didn't have a listing on VRBO and only used a competitor. I contacted VRBO and all of my money was refunded but I had to quickly find another rental. ##### Gail H.
